Hey,

Can someone either kick me in the right direction or email me the template letter to jolly111rogers@aol.com for requesting charges over the last 6 years. I'm having trouble finding it.

I would suggest that before you start sending letters, spend a few days reading the FAQs, the Step-By-Step guide, The threads in your bank's forum and anything else in the libraries that catches your eye. This will answer most of your questions.

Start your own thread in the forum of the bank that you are dealing with. If you have any questions about what you've read, etc, then post them in your own thread. Answers will not be far away. Also, post any progress reports in your own thread. By keeping it all together, it gives us the best chance of helping you.

This is a self-help forum, so it's important that you take the time to understand what you are doing, and why, if you want to have the best chance of success.

Taking a major financial institution with unlimited funds and a capable legal department to court is not without risk for the unwary.
