Default Postman brought me a package today...

Hello.

The postman brought me a dead tree of paper from LTSB today after my S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) made in mid-June. Well within 40 days! I took my Subject Access Request letter into my local branch and had them stamp it and copy it for me to prove it had been received.

I'll keep people updated with my progress to inspire others ( like mjanet v lloyds :** WON ** UNCONDITIONALLY)

I've checked out my charges over the last 6 years for my current accounts and I've racked up £1,027.50.

Subject Access Request for my personal loan and visa card to write too!

Good luck to both you guys!

Plenty of help around on this site when you need it.

Post in the appropriate forum for the organisation you're dealing with, and it'll help both you and any others to keep track of your progress, so advice or guidance can be best tailored to suit any questions you have.

BUT HAVE A GOOD READ AROUND FIRST TO SEE IF THE ANSWER HAS ALREADY BEEN GIVEN ELSEWHERE!

All the best!
