Default adams vs barclays
hiya people i asked barclays to refund my charges they didnt reply.
filled in papers to take them to court
they offered me half of what they owe me
i accepted as partial settlement
just had acknowledgment of service saying they intend to defend all of this claim.
anybody know what they`ll do next?

Generally they will keep you waiting up to the last minute then pay up on the eve of having to submit a defence.

hiya just recieved allocation questionnaire and they have transfered the court proceedings to my local court .
they have entered a defence saying that i knew when i opened the account i agreed to the charges and they have a right to the charges,
they also say i have not provided dates and amounts of these charges yet they have been sent a summary twice.
the court suggests mediation do i try a letter or just stick with the court case.
