Sorry. I know I'm doing all this back to front. Anyway! Filed a claim at Edinburgh Sheriff Court today-no claim reference yet, will post it on litigation site when I get one. Two claims one on current account and one on joint account.
Useful info for people struggling to do court forms etc. There is a branch of the CAB at the Sheriff Court with someone called Roslin McKenna who can help with legal type queries. Tel: 0131 247 2865
