Wink Learning fast

Hi ....i'm a total novice but learning fast.

I was directed to your forum after watching an article on Lorraine Kelly suggesting that it is possible to claim back bank charges.

I followed your advice and applied to HSBC for my statements.
I was suprised to receive them all neatly packaged within ten days and a return of my £10 charge. After reading about the problems that some people are having i'm a bit nervous that this process has so far been painless.

My charges have totalled £2702 .... wow that much !!!
So i shall plod on and send the letter before action ...
cheers for all your advice.

HI learning fast have you sent the letter asking for your charges back.? (preliminary letter)
The letter before action comes after the preliminary and after they refuse to refund charges to your satisfaction.
Read through the Template letters in the link at the bottom of this post.

Can't believe how much my charges have increased over the last six yrs.

Do you know why we can only go back over six yrs ???

Pity cos TSB had 1000's off me during my student nurse days.
