Default Credit cardsand loan agreements

Hi,

I requested a credit agreement on the 4.11.08 using one of your template letters and sent to the following:
Egg Loan
Northern rock
NatWest
MBNA x 2

I recieved my first response today from Egg Loans today and they sent me a statement and not a credit agreement. How shall I reply please?

Also, how long do I give the other companies (I have read about the 12 + 2 days)?

Thanks
John
