Default Mbna Ppi
Hi, wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I was being charged £50 a month PPI on my credit card, twice I have been off work, once when I was pregnant, through various illnesses, and once when my daughter was quite poorly, both times the PPI did not cover me and I had to find the money to pay my payments anyway.

I have been looking around the site and feel i was mis sold the PPI. Can I still claim this back if I have now cancelled the PPI (1 week ago).

Also wondered if I could claim this back if I am on a payment plan. Any help would be great thanx,

Hi Sweetlass, yes you can re-claim the ppi. Unfortunately MBNA are not great to deal with but you can start with an Subject Access Request enclosing a postal order for £10.
