Hello all!
Have just received a letter from The Bank of Scotland, offering me £301.00 "in full and final settlement" Said it was as a goodwill gesture!! Aye right!
Whats the advice here people? Do i take the money and run or do I fight it out?
As you know i'm just starting my own photography business and have no money right now, but the total taken in charges this year alone isn't far of this amount....why? cos they took 3 charges from my account at once from benefit payment which snowballed and meant there was next to nothing left for the next months payments!!! HELP!!
Thanks, in advance.....would be greatful for any advice as to what to do next
