Hi

I am sorry if i am posting to the wrong part of this forum, hope you can help.

I have been recieiving calls from AIC regarding an overdue sum of £1700 from RBS for student overdraft.
After reading parts of your forum i asked aic when they called for a CCA. they told me to get this off RBS. I also asked for everything to be put in writing, they told me they did not do this, even though they have written to me before.

She laughed and advised me that this will be taken to court.

Can you please advise?

A couple of questions.
1.Is this now a closed account ?
2.Has the debt been sold to AIC ?
3.When did you last hear from RBS and did they send you a default notice
4.How long ago was the overdraft ?
