insurance policy reclaim compensation

Hello every one , I need help to sue an life insurance company. in 2004 I was forced to take a life insurance with my mortgage. I am still paying for this company. in 2005 original company I was with sold their company to another company, all of a sudden in my bank statements it showed a difrent company. I was not made aware of this at all . I did not recaive any letter regarding the changes. I also realised because of my work I already have a life insurance and did not need this insurance at all.
I want to claim all the moneys I paid to them because of them changing company and not making me informed at all.
I am not good in law wise so can any one show me letter templates I can send of to the company.

1. Was it your mortgage company who sold you the insurance?

2. Did they tell you that you could get the insurance elsewhere?

3. What sort of policy is it?

4. Does it include Payment Protection Insurance (PPI)?

5. Which mortgage company is it and which insurance company?

yeah it was sold along side with my mortgage.
They said at the time I had to sign up for it other wise I wont get mortgage.
the broker was alexsandra hall foxtons , the bank was abbey , the insurance company was scotish provident.
I dont know if there is any PPI I am wating for my cca from abbey to fiynd out.
