Power to the people - and me!

Just wanted to say hi!

I like many have had enough!
I am about to be fined again next Monday over £100, I have been looking into this whole process for a while and last night went through my bank statements for the past six years!

From next Monday, back to April 01, I have been charged over £2000!!!
and this figure is without including interest (which I am unsure of how to calculate and find out what rate the bank was charging me at?)

I will be preparing myself further over this weekend, and will be beginning the process by sending my first letter next week.

Good to see everyone standing up to the evil banks!

See you all again soon.

Hello and Welcome devious!

There is a spreadsheet in the library that calculates all your interest for you (the 8% you claim if you get to court)
It is best to start a new thread in the correct forum, and you can ask for any help there.

All the best with your claim!

Crusher
