Default Paid Money into Wrong Account

Hi all,

I disagree with you innocent man because most banks are centralised and the sort of job that needs doing is for a centralised service centre. However I disagree that the bank cannot help. THey can write to the bank/company and request the money be returned to the account holder as it was sent in error. The BANK can do more, should do more and are not doing enough.
