Newcomer with some success requires advice!

Having started the process of reclaiming my illegal bank charges about 5 weeks ago, i have found this site very helpful, and the whole process has been very smooth, with my bank actually being efficient about the whole thing...

HOWEVER.. They have offered me a refund of £950 against the £1770 that i was claiming. I am now rather confused as to my next step, should i reject this amount and continue to pursue them for the full amount, or should i accept this amount and be done with it?

I realise that i should continue to pursue but could i ultimatly end up with nothing?

Please can someone advise as to my next step, and if it is to send another letter rejecting the amount none of the samples seem to quite fit what i need to say.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Write to them accepting their offer 'in partial settlement but that you intend to pursue the remainder in court'.

This is of course entirely up to you and to you alone, but if you have been reading other members threads you will see that they too have been in the same position.
