Default Motorhome Trouble

Hi everyone, i am new to this so please bear with me, i will try not to bable on too much.
Ordered brand new motorhome from dick lane garage in bradford (went to there stand at NEC Birmingham last oct) Cost approx 55k. delivery date 10th april 08( was ready in feb 08 but we asked them to keep until our drive was concreted) drove 200 miles to collect it got there only to find several problems, gas fire not working, window not fitted properly, doors not hung properly etc etc very unhappy did not want to bring it out off their showroom, was told yes take it home and Lunar(the manufacturer will sort it out) as we had no other means of transport having hired a one way car, we brought the thing home, Lunar arranged for it to be taken back on a transporter to their place in preston to fix the obvious faults at that time, brought it back only to find #36 more things wrong with it ranging from dodgy paintwork on the body, rain coming in window, sealing on roof not done properly, the list goes on and on, Lunar say we have a contract with dick lane so deal through them, dick lane say lunar are responsible and they can do nothing without lunar say so. asked for independant inspection which we got done down our way(essex) when Lunar/dick lane got that, they got a shock, now want their own inspection done appointed by lunar solicitors, we have asked for full refund, have been unable to use it for its purpose, have sent letters, time of the essence etc etc MD at Dick Lane Garage on holiday so no one wants to know until he gets back.
we took it out to a site to test everything out, the electric charger would not work had no lights, no tv, no nothing, the water fill hoses were split and could not fill water tank(got wet feet trying) Lunar got a volunteer to come down that time and he changed the charger unit(said he had never seen such a rogue vehicle leave lunar premises before)am at my wits end, this has made me ill, i have shingles due to stress, someone please help i do not know whre to go next, lunar and dick lane garage not very helpful each keep passing the buck
