All Banks The Licenced Robbers

Hello throughout all of my working life (I'm now 59 ) the banks, and they are all the same, have always taken a large percentage of anything I have earnt.
At one point I was made bankrupt and they even came back after 11 years to try to claim a large portion of my house, and it was only a very clever insolvency practioner that stopped them from doing that. In fact they are the real cause of lifelong financial trouble as I have never been able to shake them off.
For quite some time I dont have a bank account but my wife does and a refund on this account is what I will be chasing. I have written the first letter but as of yet I haven't delivered it because as it suggests in the letter I am asking for 6 years of back statements.Usually it costs for this. Is this charge refundable? can any one tell me what to expect - many thanks - John

Hi, and welcome, yes you will have to pay a fee, usually £10 depends on which bank? and its refundable if it goes to court ok? give us a shout if you need any help ok? Good luck!
