Angry NatWest Grrrrr!
Hi all just registered with this site yesterday after finding out that banks are making these charges illegally!!!

I'm shocked that we have to go through all this to get our own money back!

It should be them going through our accounts and finding out when theyve charged us illegally but there you go such is life hey...

Im going through all my charges with the statements ive kept over the last six years which will take me some time....

I have already got the template letter ready for when i have my figures to put in it and when/if i get a response i'll be back....

Sorry it has taken so long for someone to reply to you - it doesn't usually.

Great stuff in waiting for the details for NatWest to come through - you seem to know what to do so far.

When you are ready to send off the prelim letter for your refund of bank charges, post in the Nat West forum so we can all see where you are up to in your claim - you'll also get loads of support and help if you need it.
