Question My DFS leather sofa is covered in lumps??

Hello. I had my leather sofa delivered last week and i noticed straightaway 8 hard lumps on one of the sofas? At first i thought it was wood chipping so we called dfs and they sent someone round and he said that they are insect bites? When we were buying the sofa they did mentioned general scarring but 8 lumps on one cushion which are obvious to the eye are a bit much?
I have phoned them up and they basically said that is the natural leather and there is nothing i can do?
The other sofa is perfect so surely the insect bites are not as common as they are making out?
Is there anything i can do about this??
