Hi can anybody pleeeeese help me?

Hi guys,

I'm bze lizzy, and I'm having problems with my bank. HSBC seem intent on imposing unfair charges on me on a regular basis and I've had enough and want a refund. Can anyone please give some advice as to how to take things forward.

Hi Lizzy,

Firstly a big hello and well done for taking the first step!

The best thing you can do is take a couple of days to have a really good read of the FAQ section and have a wee browse round the site. Once you have done this you will have a far better position to take on the bank and you will feel a lot more confident too.

Once you have done some reading, if there is anything your not sure of, feel free to post back any questions.
