Ajass,

I am sorry to say, that I have found this post basically unreadable. Please use punctuation, even just full stops and paragraphs.

What suggestions do you want? Your saying that you had a solicitor arguing a case in the high court and the next thing your on an internet forum asking for advice....it just doesn't make sense.

If you post again, with punctation and a clear concise story, you may find that some sensible questions may be answered.

Mortgage taking me to court, i turn up 5 mins late at court, due to the public transport ststem we have out here in the countryside. So I'm on the phone to them asking them to stop as i have been payed out a good sum of money. They tell me if i pay the arrears and keep up with the mortgage they wont repo. The arrears were no more than £1500 so i clear the arears and, as sudgested, to make the payments more affordabul. Make a capitol reduction of £17,000. Ten days later i recived a letter saying your in arrears with your morgage. It went back and fourth to court and the juge ruled in their fovour and refused leave to appeal it got to the high court. My breif stroked out and was ill and could not continue. We were fighting it on rule 141 1925 land reg act. A few years went by and I'm being harrassed by agent of morgage comany saying i owe 30000. I've not gone bankrupt as I've never owed this money. They took away my gaff. Finaly i got on to the internet to see if there was any one else in trouble or has fought and won and here i am with what could be a land mark case. If I'm well in advance with payment what chance has any one got. It has not been tested against 1974 consumer credit act. I assigned a lease under 141 1925 so i have lost rental income, equity expences and last of all it was the trigger for a mental breakdown, so there are damages to seek for distress and hardship caused. I need help indeed to speek to counsel. Does anyone out there know of a good one thats not a rip off. as hell. I nearly walked away but they reminded me that i had a liabilty to the morgage so in reflection the morgage has a liabilaty to me. Any sugestions anyone out there? I think it should read.

Hello every body out there in debt land. Here's my story, sad but true. Fell behind with the mortgage. Ppi failed to pay out so I let property out, part of it. I'm due a payout due to an accident and a couple of opperations. Mortgage taking me to court, I turn up late to court, due to transport system we have out here in the countryside. So I'm on the phone asking them to stop as I have been payed out a good sum of money. They tell me if I pay the arrears and up with the mortgage they won't repo. The arrears were no more than £1500 so I clear the arrears as suggested: and as suggested, to make payments more affordable, make a capitol reduction of £17,000. Ten days later I received a letter saying you're in arrears with your mortage. It went back and forth to court and the judge ruled in their favour and refused leave to appeal to the high court. My brief stroked out and was ill and could not continue. We are fighting it on rule 141 1925 land reg act. A few years went by and I'm being harrassed by agent of mortgage company saying I owe 30,000 I've not gone bankrupt as I've never owed this money. They took away my gaff. Finally I got on the internet to see if there is anyone else in trouble, or has fought and won, and here I am with what could be a land mark case. If I'm well in advance with payment what chance has any one got? It has been tested against 1974 consumer credit act. I assigned a lease 141 1925. So I have lost rental income, equity expences and last of all it was a trigger for a mental breakdown. So there are damages to seek for distess and hardship caused. I need help, indeed to speak to counsel. Does anyone out there know of a good one thats not a rip off. XX as hell. I nearly walked away, but they reminded me that I had liability to the mortgage; so in reflection the mortgage has a liability to me. Any suggestions anyone out there? This could turn the whole lending industry on its head if I can get to court []. I'm very new to computers and punctuation.
