Default Direct Line Legal Expenses Insurance Form

Does anyone know where I can get a copy or view a Direct Line Legal Expenses Insurance Form? (This would be the form to be filled in when applying for legal expenses cover.)

I have searched the interweb to no avail. The Direct Line site requires a policy number before I can progress through their site so that is a dead end.

Thank you for your reply. You might have seen my earlier posts about Legal Expenses Insurance Fraud. Direct Line is one of the companies involved and I am trying to gather information to send to the appropriate body/company.

I would like to obtain a copy of the Direct Lined Legal Expenses Claim Form to confirm some of my allegations and establish the process that the other party went through to make a dubious claim.

When I had a poilcy with Direct Line, I had legal cover. I only had to use it once when a washing machine repair man damaged my kitchen floor whilst repairing my machine and then had the cheek to say that I had done it myself. I contacted Direct Line, only for advice, and was told that they would fight the battle for me. Unfortunately it was all done over the phone and I had no claim form to fill in for it.

Thank you for your reply. My matter was fought in court and would have required the other side providing a solicitors opinion to DL as to the likelly outcome of the case.
