Just a quick thing. ACF took our car as £1000 deposit. But you can forget all about it as, if you look on the paperwork it is stted as they paid £0.01 for your car, or ours does anyway, when we were there they said something about it being about tax. So no such proof of it, except there website which says they give it.

Good like with FR, we have had alot of trouble, but we kept phoning everyday for the pat 6 weeks, and have finally won something back.

We also have problems with First Response Finance. My wife signed as a garantor for our son, unknown to myself. She also was told that he would not get finance unless she signed garantor. Emotional blackmail.
Our son lost his job and missed payments, the phone never stopped ringing for months with demands for full payments. Then there was the calls to her employer asking to speak to her and giving their company name (big giveaway as to why), also letter to her employer asking for detials of her employment, this dispite the Data Protection Act.
Half hidden inuendos about taking our home and sesure of assetts ect.
In short nasty and venomose company, with no compassion for the fact my wife has been very ill for over a year and has had to work reduced hours. NO! they must have their full pint of blood. Full payments of £220 mnth. We have been advised not to talk to them on the phone but to request all contact be made in writting by post so as to have written proof of what is said. Also to keep coppies of letters sent to them.
County Court here we come!!
