Is HP Contract?

Hi

I have a HP contract with a finance company its about 1 year old but the following details are wrong:

1. VIN/Chassis no.
2. Vehicle registration date
3. The total amount payable (they have added the cash price and the total charge for credit instead of the credit amount + total charge for credit)

The registration is correct, is this contract still vaild?

(IMHO) I would guess that the contract is valid - you'd best write to them to get the details corrected.

As long as the main points of your CCA are correct, then the contract is binding?

I would not advise trying to duck the contract because of a couple of errors in detail.

The total amount payable is the sum of the advance payment (deposit), amount of credit and charges ie the cash price and charges.
