Default Ridiculous RFS Charges

I am considering reclaiming charges RFS have charged me in the past for late payments, admin fee's etc. But I don't know if it is possible to reclaim these charges. Does anyone know? If so, where do I get the templates and is the process any different than the bank process? Do you still send the £10 & Data Protection Act letter?

Thanks

Yes, send them a subject access request along with a payment of £10 to get details of your account. if they have been charging you penalty charges for late payments etc then the principle is exactly the same as with the banks and building societies doing the same thing.
