Have you had the V5 back from the DVLA with your name on it as RK yet? Without it, you cannot get plates made.
If you are driving the car with the incorrect registration number on it, you are committing a criminal offence. If the number is valid and lawfully issued to another vehicle, you have effectively cloned it.
The dealer has effectively sold you an unroadworthy vehicle since it cannot be legally driven on the highway. Write to them and give then 48 hours to provide the correct plates; copy your letter to trading standards.
