Help,
I brought a brand new BMW in May last year it has only done 1300 miles, I had complained to the dealer that I did not like the way the car drove and there was problems several times, I was fobbed off with it being me not being used to the car, various electrical problems and driving stability was the main issue.
On Saturday the car broke down completely and all the electrics started playing up, the emergency BMW service guy told me that the car was faulty from new as the mileage does not warrant these sort of problems.
I spoke to BMW Finance today and told them that I dont want the car back as I am unhappy with the quality under the supply of goods act and that I want a like for like replacement. They have refused saying that they need reasonable time to fix the problems. I dont feel happy with the car any more at all am I in my rights to do this, please come back to me urgently as they are calling me shortly. Thanks
