Tell me, are you the same Jonni2bad who posted this on the site in August? www.saynotoyes.co.uk -> Hello From Consumer Action Group
Thought So.
Feel free to ban me from your site.

As far as 'banning' you is concerned, I have neither the intention, need or authority to do so. I think you should take time to reflect on your actions as I believe they are showing you in a unfavourable light, but the choice is yours.

| | Basic Account Customer | Re: Yes Car Credit - Help please At saynotoyes, all we are trying to do is get a fair deal for the customers who were ripped off BIG style by Yes Car Credit.
We approached Citizens Advice who recommended a certain legal firm who had researched the bad practices of YCC ( I am not going to name them as I dont want to be accused of advertising them again)
A lot of our members asked us if we knew of a legal firm who could help, so we suggested this company.
The reason is that with them already being conversant in the cases, less time would be used and charged for than say a company who would have to start from scratch.
Because we named this company, there have been a lot of libellous comments accusing us of profiting from our association with this company, from a few CAG members, at least three of which are mods on the site, who should know better.
All this has done is sour the relationship between the two sites , which only distracts from the point of our existences, .. Getting justice for the consumer.
I find it very sad that this has happened, but so be it.
We at saynotoyes have nothing to hide. We do a good job and the majority of our members will back us up.
The site is funded 100% by our Whistleblower from his own pocket.
OK, I hear you say, but we only have 700 members against your 80,000.
However , at any one time at least 10 -15% of our members are online.
Of your 80,000, there are usually about 300- 400 at any given time.
This equates to approximately 0.5%
Anyway, the point I am trying to make is that time after time, some ill informed person on this site seems to think it clever to accuse us of profiting from an association with a legal company..
What they fail to do though is provide any proof.
When we approach and ask for the proof, our posts are usually closed.
The words teddy and pram spring to mind.
Anyway, I wish Claire good luck with her fight against YCC, but without the necessary legal help (and I dont necessarily mean STE*****ONS) I feel she is being very brave.

| | Basic Account Customer | Re: Yes Car Credit - Help please My God,
You are beginning to bore the **** off me.
The reason I am on this forum is that after the "Lueeze" episode, we refrained from posting for a while as we were assured you didnt need our help with the YCC problems.
But... I noticed that posts were going unanswered for days at a time.
It was only after we had replied to the posts that replies were added by yourselves. Not however to help the query, but rather to undermine what we had replied.
It is quite a sad feeling that your site that was once friendly has felt the need to act in this manner.
The reason I have offered to help on the saynotoyes site is that there is no chance of the mods on here being able to close the topic because they disagree with the comments .
You are right , YCC dont have magical powers, but we at saynotoyes would not advise people how to recover their bankcharges, we refer them to yourselves, bankcharges hell or penaltycharges.co.uk.
Your sarcasm lessons are coming on pretty well, but you still need a bit of practice, but when you are talking to the master of facetiousness, you need to revise harder.
As far as "contributing usefully", at least my comments have a point.
Yours are like a scratched record. Same replies, same attempted sarcasm, same bull but lacking any substance.
If ever there was an award for having delusions of grandeur and fame, you would definitely win. No contest.

How very clever of you.
Despite roberts posts having no relevance, you have kept them.
May I just make it clear that it is the fault of the mods for diverting the attention away from claires problem.
My posts are just to put the ill informed and libellous comments right,

| | Basic Account Customer | Disrespectful Replies Please can someone tell me why it is necessary for disrespectful replies to some posts like the one on this link. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...tml#post354624
Ok, this person might have put a reply to a post which is quite old.
However, the info provided could be helpful to someone else experiencing the same problem.
Time and again new members have been "reprimanded" for not reading the FAQ section, or searching the forums for an answer to their issues yet when this member puts a link to try and help out, he/she is given this blunt reply
I find the tone of the reply by the moderator to be totally unacceptable.
