Default motor finance please help

Hi,

First time poster here so bare with me....

Last year my partner and i had to change our vehicle as had a baby on way. We decided on a BMW 120d Sport Auto and applied for finance thru Alphera F/S via a local dealer.

Got call from dealer saying vehicle ready need to sign docs etc....signed docs however questioned a £149 admin fee on top of 1st rental dealer crossed out and sent us on our way.....

Recieved a call from dealer saying there was a problem paying finnace out at there end needed to sign new docs, however my partner was 2 weeks away from giving birth so explained it was difficult to get to dealership as i had car and she couldnt walk. Dealer told me to pick docs up on way home and take them for her to sign which we did was told that everything exactly same apart from £149 fee had been removed properly. Got home re-signed agreement and dropped it back to dealer finance paid out picked car up.....

This is where it gets complicated. I recently looked into changing vehicle as had a few problems with it. After requesting settlemnt from Alphera i thought id grb a copy of agreement and take it to dealerships with me. After sitting with a business manager at one dealer and showing him my paperwork he noticed that the agreement stated the wrong model 120d Msport and that my agreed mileage was over what the agreement allows me todo.....after checking my paperwork at home i seem to have both original copies of agreements the original signed at dealer whch all info is correct on and the 2nd signed at home (this is the current with incorect details on.

To sum it up:

Vehicle details wrong on current agreement
Mileage restrictions on current agreement
Date of Reg is incorrect by a month
Regualted docs signed off of trade premises

Basically what im trying to find is where i stand with this agreement as i have started formal complaint via finance company but are yet to reply and the dealer has been shut down..... Any advice would be great.
