There are a few, they got the Subject Access Request back, there are a few missed direct debits, and various interest charges because of this, also for letters and phone calls, I'm assuming this is what you mean.

Incidently there have been a few times they have made payments through my card because they knew they wouldn't have money in their account to cover Park and were told that they wouldn't try to take it from their joint account - Park still did this and they went overdrawn a couple of times because of a refused direct debit.

Ahem - I'll leave you to it!!

Ok - all the figures are ok - I've checked and double checked but the whole £195, £95 thing doesn't seem right to me.

Can you call them again and ask for written explanation about what these fees both the £195 and £95 are?

I would like to have it in writing - that way we may have something more to go at.

Have received this letter back from Park regarding the fees:

Park.3

Just one question - when you request CCA have they got to send out the original document as the one we've received is a copy, not the original. Thanks.

Does anyone think that £195 for paperwork is acceptable? Anything to go at would be helpful, if everything seems ok could someone tell us? I've no idea so any help would be really appreciated

Just a quick question - is there a time limit for following through on a voluntary termination? That is, VT has been accepted, but not acted upon by the car owner?
