Why are you taking it up with peugeot and not the dealer where you purchased the car?
Did it leak from the time you purchased it or was it a later fault?
You contract is with the dealer not the maker! they can help yes. but it is the dealer who has to put the fault right.
how long have you had the car.

REAT NEWS...

Thank you to everyone who replied to my initial message.

After 6 months of complaining to the dealer and finally rejecting the car under the sales of goods act to both the managing director of peugeot uk and the actual dealership, i finally had a meeting yesterday with a technical specialist who came down to kent to view my car from head office at coventry.

As expected the car failed a water test in front of the speicalist (leaking in 5 different places along the seals), and 2 hours later, I Walked away (well they actually gave me a lift home) leaving my car in their hands and a refund for the full purchase price of the car. THANK YOU TO THE TECH WIZ FROM HQ!

Having had numerous soft tops of various makes, which didn't have water leaks, the quality of this vehicle was unacceptable. It took a lot of fighting and all i can say to others in the same position is, stand your ground. These dealers are not above the law and you ARE entitled to reject the car under the sales of goods act if you have given them 'reasonable' time to fix the problem and they don't.

thanks again.
