N Power Swapped My Supply !!

Hi All Can Anybody Help ,i Received A Letter Today From Npower To Tell Me That They Had Changed My Supply Er From Southern To Themselves . We Had Not Requested This Change And Put I Down To My Landlords, Problem Is That I Had A Final Bill Which Cost Me £500 Which I Could Ill Afford.. Thanks Mm

You need to contact nPower and make a complaint. They should then investigate and send your supply back to Southern (known as an errouneous transfer). If they refuse, complain to energywatch.

As for Southern, you will need to contact them to arrange payment. They might agree to hold the bill or let you pay installments until the account is retuned to them, but only they can tell you that.
