Agreed Jonnie, same as all big fat companies. Let us know how you go on and yell if you need advise. In case you do not know I work for one of these companies but its a job and do my best to help the ppl in similar curcumstances as myself. I only had my prepayment meter removed 6 months ago after months of arguments.
