Write a letter of complaint, send it registered post to the REGISTERED OFFICE address, give them 14 days to respond (You won't get any reply as the registered office don't know what to do with post so it seems). Once you have give them 14 days, report them to
Ofgem Home giving notice that you have complained and no responce after 14days, they'll ask for the RM recorded delivery number, so have it to hand, they'll then get in touch with Scottish Power and tell them to pull the finger out and sort it in 5days.
I got a nice letter of appology from them and a £20 Argos voucher
