Npower over charging everyone GAS!

Hmm just logged and am surprised at not finding recent threads on Npower overcharging ALL customers.

Big article in the weekends Sunday Times, they are suppose to charge the first 4572 units in a year at a higher rate. However Npower have a billing flaw and are trying to defend it by saying it is 4572 units in a tariff year. However last year they charged tariffs twice, in April 07 and November 07, resulting in a 7 month tariff year!

I have checked my bills and it shows an over charge of nearly £70. Letter typed and in the post requesting credit and compensation for my time. Lets see what happens.

Ofgem have had over 400 complaints already and have triggered a formal investigation.

After a couple of letters and a complaint to energywatch, Npower sent me a cheque last week for £75. Usual rubbish about no admission of liability and we did nothing wrong, lmao.
