| | Classic Account Customer | Npower Hi all
just wondered if anyone had any advice for me....
Last year i spent a small amount of time getting my gas and electric from NPower i was only with them for 5 months or so i was paying £65 on my electric every month and £30 on my gas by way of payment cards when they announced thier prices were going up i looked around for another company that would be cheaper i switched to another company who i am now happy with however the problem i have is the final bills they are £119.00 on the gas and a whopping £440.00 on the electric i must confess i have been silly and left them a little long now they are both at debt collection stage but in my defence i have a 6yr old son who has autism and takes up alot of my time my question is can i write to npower and ask for a breakdown of how they came to these amounts or have i left it too late and have to pay the full amounts?
Thanks so much for any help you can give
