Default NPower bill for two months 700 pounds!!
Hello
I live in sherehouse and the person who have registered account with Npower for gas and electricity have to move out. She asked for the final bill and it was for 700 pounds for last two months, where for two months before it was just 150 pounds. What we can do? I checked on internet average household usage for 5 people and it was 5100 KWh for year time, and our usage is 3100 KWh for two months with is impposible!!

You could start by checking your meter - see if you really have used the amount of electricity they claim you have
