Default Has anyone heard the result of the court hearing today

Where an elderly lady took BG to court claiming the £4.50 for not paying by DD was unlawful?

All I know Kenny is that she was on the TV this morning ( BBC1 I think)
saying she was in court this afternoon because she issued a summons against BG as she beleived the £4.50 was unlawful. Heard no more since

Ell-enn my apologies, you could be right! I thought it was BG but I believe you are correct.

( Glad someone else saw it though, I've been looking everywhere but no-one seemed to know- thought I was going mad)
