[Us versus Debt]

I have an outstanding amount owing to my previous electric suppliers. This is from finally gettING them to do a reading rather than an esitmate after 8 years of estimates!!!!!

I have offered a monthly amount which I can afford just about as unfortunately money is so tight these days and both bf and I are on low wages.

They won't accept the offer saying it is too low and now just keep sending letters demanding full payment. Fortunately no phone calls (touch wood)

Can anyone advise where to go from here?

As you have written with your offer, rather than telephoneing you have evidence that you have made offers to repay,
Keep their replies safe if they did go down the county court route, you can show offers of payment were made.

In addition why not also complain to energy watch about the way you have been treated by the supplier, energywatch: Home Page
