Siemens broke into the wrong house to replace meter with a key card one. Unfortunately with the wrong address on the warrant. E.On blamed siemens for going into the wrong house on tv, but the paper says the warrant had the wrong address on it - so that would be E.On fault?

E.On list of failures include blaming other ppl for there mistakes.

The complaint is now being delt with and will take 14 weeks to deal with especaill as the complaints depo closes today for 2 weeks according to the local BBC news last night.

Yes, it's absolutely disgraceful

The Eon guy was sitting there saying that it was everybody's fault but theirs.

It shows how awful they are when things go wrong

If they really wanted to help they would have their old meter back in 5 minutes

They probably feel the same way as people do after they have been burgled

well the one thing i can say as an employee of E.on is that he would have felt like an idiot, explaining that, but he has to stick with the company line lol, but alls well that ends well,
