| | Classic Account Customer | From Npower to powergen muckup!!!! I change my supplier, Npower as they had mucked up my account so many times ie; lost meter readings, adding charges for a quantum meter when I didnt have one, bills being sent every 6 months when asked for quarterly bills, payment cards not being sent when asked over 6 times then get the wrong account numbers on them then get 3 sets sent. these people just didnt know what the hell was going on.. I spent many hours on the phone to them complaining and money phoning them, so you can understand why I wanted to change my supplier. I had only been with them a year and a half.
So I changed to powergen, gave them the meter readings to both gas and electric meters. Got my welcome pack etc and they promised to send me payment cards so that I could pay as I went without having to worry about a bill at the end of the quarter. That was 4 months ago and Im still waiting for the cards, thats not all .... instead of taking over my meter they took over my neighbours electric so technically Im still with Npower for my electric and powergen for my gas which means I miss out on both now for the percentage of being with one supplier for both electric and gas. Powergen have admitted that this is their fault and they would deal with it, but guess what they havnt. Npower have now said they will not let me change over to powergen because I have a bill with them which I thought I would be paying powergen so I did not pay with the card for Npower, which I am slowly paying off. Im disgusted that I have been treated this way as I am disabled and cannot have a quantum meter because the meter is so high up... How can these companies treat you this way and does anyone know who I can complain to to get this sorted as Npower and powergen just dont seem to be doing anything about this
Thanks |
