an alternative is do sent a CCA letter with £1 fee (this option prob better and make DCA run off faster) send by recorded and make sure at top of letter in bold I DO NOT ACKNOLEDGE THIS DEBT | British Gas are not egulated by the CCA |

| | Basic Account Customer | Re: Can British Gas do this? Too right....... Got back from a short break to a nice letter with a heading " LEGAL ACTION BEING ARRANGED"!!!!! The misses normally sorts out the bills but she couldn't be asked so I volunteered It went something like this:
"have you got my account on screen"
"yes"
not going to repeat this bit .... but
"can you please not swear sir!!!!!!!!!!!"
This is the latest in a long story, been reported to the regulators once allready, shall be calling them again, this time I want them to wipe the bill so I can bugger off to someone else (it's not a lot in dispute) I've had enough of these to$$ers and since i've been reclaiming bank charges with help from this site I have little time for the big companies pathetic customer service....... It's WAR |
