| | Basic Account Customer | Re: Virgin Media(Telewest) I wouldn't trust that, unsuprisingly I have had problems with VM (see: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...-terrible.html ) and was at a stage where it was almost dealt with, all I had to do was send particular details to a particular person which I did. However as she was on holiday at the time the letter was intercepted despite the fact that it was personally addressed to her. If I was you I would leave it a few days for the letter to get to whoever you spoke to and then call him directly ensure he got it and it has not been intercepted.

I S.A.R - (Subject Access Request)'d them on 20th Feb, sent them a non-compliance on 26th April, only to get back a screen print of my account...
