You do know the late payment fee was only introduced last year? The Wythenshaw address is still fine if you are ex NTL, but if you were ex-TW, I can't advise.

i sent mine to:

DATA CONTROLLER
VIRGIN MEDIA LTD
160 GREAT PORTLAND STREET
LONDON
W1W 5QA

This is the data controllers address, however i would not hold your breath, i sent my Subject Access Request on 27/02/2007, nothing received despite a non compliance letter sent 2 weeks ago.

If anybody has a number to chase up these cowboys i would appreciate it.

thanks for the reply, however they know less than nothing. woman i spoke to suggests i should send another letter and that it can take a long time. no s***, nearly 3 months and no acknowledgement letter, not a sausage. it makes me more determined, not less, to pursue these cowboys.

yes,go for it, the letter I got today was to say they hadn't complied because I did not include £10 fee! Big mistake on their part cos I'm just about to mail the printed receipt from Postal order made payable to Virgin media. Just another stalling tactic on their part.

i now have a name and number for the data controller at virgin. i will publish it once i have spoken to him.
