Question Quick query on bizzare NTL Bill

I pay for my broadband with NTL and the bill should be £34.99 a month.

But since last august I have been recieving bills saying that my account is credit by £26 odd and I have not phoned NTL to query it as I am rather enjoying my free broadband.

If NTL do realise that they have made a cock up with their billing system and work out that they should be billing my account and not crediting it can they ask me to pay the full monthly amount (£34.99) and have it back dated all the way to august last year

I don't believe so - are you getting the connection speed you paid for? It can happen that the speed is lowered and then a later credit is made. Clearly the credit of £26 was reflected in a previous bill and explained?

There still would be a description for the credit - but all the bills are changing shortly to a revamped Virgin billing system (formerly used by TW) so enjoy it whilst you can!
