orange b****y mobile

this is my situation.
got sent a text from orange on a phone i had with them, (n70) crap phone, offering internet free unlimited for evening and weekends for £5 a month, with all your web pages, i.e ebay,google etc etc
so i thought yeah sounds good, so signed up.
i then got a new phone with them and used the internet a lot. i.e 80mb a month, didnt get bill in dec then get one in jan asking for about £500 for mainly internet usage.
when phoned up and complained saying should be free due to offer they couldnt find the message sent and the confirmation from the text i replied to it with.
so a dispute was held and as my package of 4mb free with my contract was on it it conflicted with it, but the guy in the end did a bill recalculation and said it will be off set against my next bill.
fine as i didnt pay it and continued to use phone.
got a bill thro this week and it has £200 to pay as i have used the internet and clarified with him what was said etc but he has put it on as orange world which is pointless interent and not what was offered on the text as includes google etc.
what do i do? i havent paid yet, should i swallow the cost or hit them hard for it?

i have all the texts that was sent still so can prove should need.
but who do i speak to and how do i go about it?

I've had billing problems with internet charges on Orange. Took a lot of persistance and being ehm... assertive on the phone; they caved in the end though.

the stupid thing is i kept the messages so i have evidence, and i thought they record all that stuff?
