BT - Broadband Voice - Cancelled and still getting charged Hope someone can give advice, I got BT Broadband Voice shortly after it was launched but it was pants, used it for a bit, then cancelled it. Last month I received 3 bills within days of each other charging me for line rental and charges, and now on Friday received a letter from a solicitors asking for payment or go to court.
I spoke with BT when I received the bills, the advisor said they would modify the bills back to when it was last used and send a revised bill, this never happened and now have this solicitors bill.
I want to draft a letter to the solicitors and bring the amount owed in to question, and get a full list of charges etc that have been incurred. Anyone any ideas what I can and should do?
Thanks
Brad
