TalkTalk (Yess TalkTalk Again) Want to cancel. hey all.
20th November 2006 i ordered the TT Talk3 with the free broadband service.
well they swiftly changed the line over for the phone.
And i got my go live Date of no later than: 23rd December 2006
Guess What!?
11 February 2007 Still No Broadband connection, no welcome pack, no modem, no corrospondence at all on this matter, unless i call them about it.
I have spent over £15 on calling there customer service line, most the time i get put on hold for so long in the end "They" hang up.
I get told there is a problem with BT, other times i get told everything is ok.
If i use the Track my Order page it is stuck on the Connection your BB stage.
Well now tbh, i want Rid of these Idiots.
Where do i stand, as basically they havent provided me with the service they advertised. i been searching for a while for a post i saw a while back with a letter pasted to cancel the contract due to the not receiving the proper service.
i odnt really care about the charges so far (if they deny my cancelation tho im going full on for everything)
where do i stand?
and if possible if there is a temp letter floating around please could you share.
