Default rubbish service & contracts in general
Just an overall thought, I have had a few run ins with telcos, why do they get away with rubbish service and then start shouting about contracts. Why can,t we just get out of these contracts when we get spells of say technical problems.

Because nothing in life is perfect. It would be unfair if we didn;t get the benefit of technology simply because of a couple of glitches. If this were true, we'd STIULL be awaiting the PC's arrival!

There is plenty of choice, find the one that provides the best coverage for you and your locations, once found - stick with them, they're not all the same.

As for a contract, nobody is forcing you to take one, a PAYG phone allows non-contract usage, and if you don;t like it, you change the SIM and try another.
