Goffer; Orange demand payment via NCO

I found this site while researching NCO. My daughter has a dispute with Orange over the closing of an account and they say she owes £13.00. I've checked - she doesen't, so I couldn't believe when she started to get phonecalls from NCO.

I realise, after reading the posts and looking around the site, that my daughter's problem is small beer but I just wanted to sign in to say that this site is a goldmine of valuable information for "the little guy" who wants to fight back. The quality of advice is excellent as it's being given by people who have done it and got the T shirt and are eager to help others.

Welcome to the site.
As you say 13.00 quid is 13.00 quid and if you dont owe it then thats the point.
I will move your post to the correct forum where there are other Orange complainants who can share your post.
