Few days back i sent an email to the orange executive, and today a guy called Joanthan Baillie responded with the full payment offered back. NO S.A.R - (Subject Access Request), No LBA, just a firm request to the right person.
Nice when things go so easily, though more fun when you have to fight for it i suppose.

credit to your old Orange account. This will generate a credit invoice
dated 24 February and once this has been produced, I will arrange for a
