 Orange Data Entries
My girlfriend has had two handsets with orange for well over a year, she does not pay by dd, and pays at the back, most payments that she had made have be late some times paying two months at a time and have often been put on call barr,
orange have been listing each month since it as payed on time with no late payments.
now we have decided to leave orange they have listed the last month as being late,
clearly a ploy to mark down credit file as to get new contract harder, it a long shot to prove thou.
but surely they have a duty to record each month accurately?
